All UCI-licensed riders are eligible to register. OCA Citizen Permit holders under the age of 17 may also register. One day permits are no longer available to upgrade from a Citizen Permit to a UCI Licence. All adults must have a UCI Licence. Any riders wishing to upgrade their Citizen Permit to a UCI Licence will need to do so ASAP – by noon Thursday, September 1st.
All non-resident, non UCI licenced athletes will need to purchase a UCI licence to enable them to register for the event and race.
